TD-Vision Refund Policy
Thank-you for purchasing TD-Vision products and/or services.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product such that it is received by us within 21 calendar days of your purchase date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You must also ensure that all included accessories and paperwork such as manuals etc. are enclosed.
Prior to returning the item(s), you must contact us and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number and the return address information. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping box or container and a copy included with the product(s).
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or more than 21 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
